Terms of Service

Welcome to FieldSprout! By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business to these Terms.

2. Use of Services

• Comply with applicable laws.
• No spamming, scraping, or hacking.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate info.
• Keep credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for account activity.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Non-refundable unless required by law.
• Cancel anytime, no pro-rated refunds.

4a. Lifetime Access Plans

Customers who purchase a Lifetime Access plan receive the following:

• Included features: All features and tools available in the FieldSprout platform at the time of purchase, plus all new features and tools launched through December 31, 2026, are included at no additional charge.
• Post-2026 features: Features, tools, or product lines launched after December 31, 2026 may require a separate subscription or one-time upgrade purchase. Lifetime Access customers are never required to purchase post-2026 additions — your existing access and all included features remain fully functional regardless.
• Platform continuity: Lifetime Access entitles you to ongoing use of the platform for as long as FieldSprout operates the Service. It does not guarantee a specific uptime SLA beyond our standard terms.
• Refund policy: Lifetime Access purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, all sales are final.
• Account scope: The Single-Location plan ($499) covers one connected Google Ads account. The Multi-Location plan ($999) covers multiple locations. Plans are non-transferable.

5. Integrations & Third-Party Services

• Integrates with Google, Facebook, Yelp, WordPress, etc.
• We are not responsible for third-party services once data leaves our systems.
• You grant us permission to use API tokens solely to provide Services.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Service IP; you own your content and grant us a limited license to operate Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t guarantee leads or results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Major updates will be announced via email or here.
